Both are on ebay, the 110 is by HobbyBoss and 1:35 scale, there are various versions including a Hardtop and a US Rangers version.
The 101 is by airfix and there is also a 101 Ambulance, and 109" hard and soft tops in the range.
If you are feeling really flush, a company called Kit Form Services offer kits of the 101 and Lightweight in 1:24 scale, but not cheap!
